3. Commissions

You may request custom artwork (“Commissions”) by contacting the Owner through a form or email. The Owner has every right to decline a commission.

By requesting a commission, you agree to the following terms:

  • Request Process: The Owner reserves the right to accept or decline any commission for any reason.

  • Pricing & Payment: A quote will be provided based on your request. A deposit of at least 50% is required upfront. Once the final painting is approved, the remaining balance must be paid in full before it is shipped.

  • Revisions: Minor revisions may be included, but excessive or late-stage changes may incur additional charges.

  • Artistic License: By commissioning work, you acknowledge and accept the Owner’s creative style and interpretation. While efforts will be made to honour your vision, the final artwork may reflect the Owner’s unique approach, aesthetic choices, and creative judgment.

  • Turnaround Time: Completion time will vary based on the complexity and queue.

  • Usage Rights: Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

    • The Owner retains copyright to all commissioned work. Unless exclusive rights are purchased, the Owner retains all rights to use and monetise the artworks.

    • You may use the final work for only for personal, non-commercial purposes.

    • You may not reproduce, sell, or modify the work without permission.

Custom commercial licenses may be arranged for an additional fee.

4. Links to Other Websites

This Website may contain links to third-party websites or services. The Owner is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites.

5. Disclaimer
